How long will my dvd's take to arrive?
We aim to get all orders dispatched within 24 hours. Please check the above
table for average delivery times from dispatch, We will send a dispatch email
when your dvd's have been shipped.
For urgent orders we recommend, Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery for UK
orders.
How do I get FREE Delivery?
1. Place products to the total value of at least £14.99 in your Shopping Cart.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Make sure your items are being delivered to a single UK address.
4. Shipping will be reduced to FREE! Or you can upgrade the service for a
discounted rate.
5. Place your order.
I've placed an order, but my DVDs are yet to arrive?
When you place an order we aim to dispatch within one working day, and hopefully
your items will arrive within the Delivery
Estimate's at the top of the page. However please be aware Royal Mail
can be delayed, and they do not consider an item lost until 15 working days have
passed. Please do not contact us for replacement dvd's until 15 working days
have passed, and you have checked at your local sorting office. If you have
chosen Recorded Signed For Delivery, someone will have to be in to sign. If not
Royal Mail will leave a card for you to pick up your package from your local
sorting office. You have 7 days to pick this up before they return it to us. We
will then charge you a redelivery charge.
